Shipping Policies & Rates

If your items are in-stock, your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays). Orders placed after noon (EST) on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. 

For options without tracking number, we cannot guarantee delivery within expected time. Deliveries could take up to 4 - 5 weeks to arrive. JKBYJESS  IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES BY THE COURIER.

Options for shipping with tracking number are guaranteed. If this option is selected, once the package has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
